Job Description
The Workforce Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency. This role partners with business leaders to align workforce strategies with organizational goals, ensuring service levels, productivity, and cost targets are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage workforce plans, including forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling
- Analyze historical data and trends to predict staffing needs and optimize resource allocation
- Monitor real-time operations and make adjustments to staffing to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives
