The Program Manager will lead Bechtel’s Wyoming Pilot Program and be a Bechtel Workforce Services representative in Wyoming for coordination and support of existing and emerging Projects in the region. #LI-TH1
Major Responsibilities:
Program Leadership – Wyoming Pilot
Own the execution plan and end-to-end delivery of the pilot; translate strategy into milestones, risks, and KPIs; drive ‑cross functional‑ alignment with IR/LR, Construction, ES&H, Legal/Compliance, IS&T, and College partners.Manage partnerships with Laramie County Community College (LCCC) and Western Wyoming Community College (WWCC) for targeted Pipefitting and Electrical craft pathways, coordinating curriculum, equipment, scheduling, and instructor capacity.Maintain pilot documentation and schedule.
