Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years IT experience supporting complex global programs
- Hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience
- Experience with Time & Attendance, Standard & Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, and Reporting
- Strong knowledge of US timekeeping regulations and Canadian labor requirements
- Background in large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000 employees)
