Workforce Software Senior Consultant / Solution Architect
📍 Remote | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Workforce Software (WFS) Senior Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workforce Software modules, client-facing consulting, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions aligned with client requirements
- Lead technical design workshops and create scalable solution blueprints
- Design integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and enterprise systems
Implementation & Configuration
- Configure WFS modules including:
- Timekeeping
- Scheduling
