Supervisor, Workforce Management
Demonstrates advance knowledge in real time management and exhibits strong decision making skills in executing real time action plans. Acts as backup of the Workforce Assistant Manager and responsible in training and development of Intraday analysts in understanding key WFM concepts and tools.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Tera, Bridgetowne
- Has a relevant experience as a Supervisor/ TL in WFM and has an experience with client interactions
- Must have great communication skills.

- Should be good in multitasking.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and can take the lead when challenges occur
