Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring quality delivery and strong client relationships.
- Lead end‑to‑end engagements from strategy through implementation.
- Drive client engagement teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Manage engagement economics, project governance, and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
- Develop the technical acumen of yourself and the team locally, nationally and globally.
- Stay current on workforce transformation trends and contribute to thought leadership.
