****Job Description:****To support the continuous growth of our Working-Party activities and the global Airbus fleet, we are opening a position for a **Working-Party Manager (WPM)** based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).The Working-Party Manager is a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) holding an active EASA Part-66 AML (Aircraft Maintenance License). In this role, you will oversee working parties (technical modifications and/or repairs) on delivered aircraft by leading cross-functional teams deployed to customer sites.In the event of major repairs, this role may also encompass the duties of a Repair Embodiment Manager (REM), taking full accountability for the repair embodiment process from initial assessment to final release.
