Job Description

Your Tasks


  • Preparation and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles across markets

  • Documentation of use cases, process flows, release notes, and training materials

  • Tracking of user input, pain points, and post-go-live improvements

  • Support in bug tracking, test data preparation, and QA coordination

  • Management of user onboarding/offboarding and access rights (where applicable)

  • Maintenance of platform documentation and Confluence spaces

  • Coordination with Business Product Owner and Tech Analyst regarding rollout readiness and regression testing

  • Explanation of technical logic to business users (with team support)

  • Support of change management activities, including collection of adoption feedback, demo scheduling, and follow-up with key users
