Workplace Administrator – End User Computing (EUC)

Re Sustainability International (Singapore) – Bukit Merah

Job Objective

The Workplace Administrator – End User Computing (EUC) is responsible for delivering secure, efficient, and compliant end-user IT services, including computing asset deployment, endpoint configuration, Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, lifecycle management, and supporting the transformation of end-user computing toward an AI-enabled workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners for end users.
  • Ensure systems are fully configured, secured, and productivity-ready on Day 1.
  • Perform Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID domain join (AD Join / Azure AD Join).
  • Manage device administrator rights and enforce least privilege access.
  • Implement BitLocker encryption and secure endpoint configurations.
