Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive sessions that build awareness, deepen understanding, and help participants lead and work with more thoughtfulness, responsibility, and care.
- Apply thoughtful facilitation techniques, tools, and activities to create engaging, reflective, and immediately applicable learning experiences.
- Lead both virtual and in‑person workshops across topics such as leadership, workplace culture, employee experience, and anti‑oppressive practice, tailoring delivery to each organization’s context and goals.
