Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health programs in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Assist in risk assessments and the development of safe work procedures.
- Monitor compliance with WSH regulations, company safety policies, and permit‑to‑work systems.
- Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training programs.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
- Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, and other WSH documentation.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory authorities on safety‑related matters.
