Workplace Safety Management
- Spearhead the establishment and maintenance of Safety & Health Management Systems (SHMS) on-site
- Implement and uphold project and corporate SHMS protocols
- Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace and process‑related risks
- Propose and enforce safe work procedures
- Enhance workplace safety performance through strategic measures
- Ensure adherence to Company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and standards
- Ensure compliance with Statutory Requirements under MOM and NEA
- Contribute actively to the corporate EHS Committee
- Conduct in‑house safety training sessions
- Develop and execute EHS plans, trainings, meetings, and promotional activities
- Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify and address hazards and risks promptly
