Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering engaging, interactive training sessions on a range of WSH topics to construction industry.
- Ensure training content is up-to-date and complies with the latest industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitoring training participants assessment based on standard assessment plan for theory MCQ and practical use classroom and workshop setting.
- Staying abreast of changes in WSH legislation and industry standards to continuously enhance training delivery.
- Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry as a Supervisor, Foreman, or Safety Personnel.
- Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ ACLP/DACE/DDDLP/WAH.
