Job Description
We are looking for a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to oversee safety, health, and environmental compliance across our projects. The role involves site inspections, safety training, incident investigation, and working closely with management and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
The working days will be 6 days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, standards, and safe work practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and WSH training.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly WSH reports and maintain HSE documentation.
