Hire Resolve is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Workplace Trainer to join their client’s team in Saldanha. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and delivering impactful learning experiences to employees in a workplace setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive training to fishworkers on all relevant working stations or areas within the processing facility. Mentor individuals to enhance their skills and understanding of production processes. Conduct individual competency assessments to identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
