This role sits within a dynamic Workplace Training and Development function and plays a vital part in supporting organisational growth through high-quality, sector-specific training delivery.
The Workplace Training Specialist will primarily deliver a bespoke mental health, wellbeing and suicide prevention training programme tailored to the energy sector. This includes delivering engaging, high-impact training to diverse audiences across onshore and offshore environments, and sharing insights that inform the continuous development of sector-relevant content. The programme is designed to address key industry challenges such as remote and isolated working, safety‑critical cultures, workforce transitions, and the unique pressures associated with offshore life.
