Overview
The Works Council/Unions Engagement Lead serves as the primary interface between the company and employee representative bodies (e.g. local Works Councils and/or European Works Councils). The role ensures legally compliant, structured, and constructive engagement by coordinating consultations, aligning internal stakeholders, and facilitating clear two-way communication between management and employee representatives.
This role typically works closely with Legal, HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and Business Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Works Council Engagement & Consultation: Act as the single point of contact between Sales Compensation and the Works Councils/Unions. Coordinate and manage information, consultation, and co-determination processes in line with local labor laws and company governance. Ensure WC and Unions receive timely, complete, and accurate information required for informed consultation.
