Salary: R750 000 p.a (negotiable)
Our client is looking for a Works Manager to manage the plant by planning, organising and controlling activities, within organisational structures, budgets and company policies, in order to achieve maximum productivity, efficient human resources utilisation and production of quality products cost effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to Health and Safety requirements in the plant
- The efficient management of employees in the plant
- Ensures that plant costs are according to budget
- Ensure that quality standards are adhered to
- Ensures the production performance of the plant is in accordance with set objectives
