We are currently seeking a highly experienced Workshop Manager for a well-established panel shop in Johannesburg , Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and 10+ yearsexperience in Panel workshop management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Control and maintain workshop procedures, ensuring repairs are completed to high-quality standards.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure a CSI score of above 95%.
- Monitor and optimize workshop productivity, ensuring maximum output with minimal downtime.
- Work closely with the CRM system and produce reports as needed.
- Supervise and mentor the workshop team, ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies.
