Job Title: Workshop Manager
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, some Saturday working as required.
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per year OTE
We are seeking a Workshop Manager to lead and control workshop operations in a multi-franchised dealership across separate workshops. This is an operational role suited to a strong leader with proven experience managing technicians, driving productivity, and maintaining high standards across multi-brand workshops.
