Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day store operations — receiving, issuing, and recording materials, spare parts, and equipment used across road maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Access and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts
- Process purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and store documentation in an organised and timely manner
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Track and follow up on incoming and outgoing goods to support smooth workshop operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised storeroom environment
- Assist with administrative duties related to workshop operations as required
