What you’ll do?
- Supervise daily workshop operations and manage technicians/workshop staff
- Ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and vehicle turnaround time
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for repair and service jobs
- Monitor workshop loading, WIP, and service quality standards
- Handle customer concerns and provide technical explanations for additional repairs
