Job Scope
- To conduct home visits to provide assessment and nursing care to clients
- Providing care for both acute and chronic wounds.
- Initiating appropriate wound management for the patients namely negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), conventional dressing and application of 2 and 4 layers compression bandage.
- Educate patient and family members on wound healing process and issues.
- Providing care for patients
- Educate and counsel patient and family members on care and choosing the appropriate sappliances.
- Demonstrate stoma care to the primary caregiver.
- Diploma in Nursing
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Must be able to do rotational Saturday, Public Holidays and on call duties
