Responsibilities
- Support community programs in providing wound care and related services.
- Develop and implement wound care management programs in a hospital or community setting.
- Provide visiting nursing services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Completed CNA-accredited Skin Wellness Associate Nurse course (SWAN) or International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC).
- Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
