We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the management and optimisation of divisional pilot operations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on process design to ensure successful delivery of high-impact pilot programmes whilst managing vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement.[What you will be working on]
- Management of divisions’ pilot operations, including vendor management
- Design high throughput processes to handle large volumes of registrants and participants for pilots
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop automation solutions that add value to operations and processes
