- Implement and monitor the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Conduct daily safety inspections on site to identify and address hazards promptly
- Collaborate with sub-contractors’ supervisors to conduct safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Verify that all machinery and equipment on site are in good working condition and possess necessary certifications
- Ensure all workers on site are to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Conduct safety talks and briefings to communicate safety procedures and updates effectively
- Lead daily toolbox meetings with sub-contractors to reinforce safety practices and address concerns
