EXP: 0.1 PRN ED RN (*must have good ER experience) ABOUT: The RN provides direct nursing care to patients and prescribes delegates and coordinates the nursing care provided at IMH. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ® Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of care for patients within scope of practice. ® Provides education to patients according to their needs. ® Transcribes, utilizes and implements protocols and physician orders. ® Coordinates healthcare team and delegates appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel. ® Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION ® Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. EXPERIENCE ® Previous experience in a clinical nurse setting preferred. ® Previous experience in a hospital preferred.
