Our canine group, under Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services, is hiring a X-Ray Field Technician. The X-Ray Field Technician provides technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair services for X-Ray inspection systems and SmartTech® units. The Field Technician supports escalated technical issues, performs field and in-house service work, and assists with SmartTech® deployments while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. The X-Ray Field Technician will expect to travel locally and nationwide as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Tier 3 support for X-Ray systems and Tier 1–3 support for SmartTech® units by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving internal computers, transformers, control boards, conveyor systems, and X-Ray generators
