x16 Officer, Guest Service (Hospitality Industry) @ Town

Monthly Salary: $1,800 - $2,300
Role: Permanent and Temporary; Shift Duties; Town area
Working Hours: 9.5 hour rotating shift including Night shift: (A) 7am–4:30pm, (B) 4:30pm–11pm, (C) 10:30pm–7am.

Job Responsibilities- Ensure all residents are attended to at the Front Desk
- Issue apartment access key cards
- Manage residents’ accounts, information and apartment availability in the system
- Attend to all residents' queries and needs
- Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
