Job Description

Overview
We’re seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the end-to-end acquisition and delivery of small data centre sites within a regulated financial services environment.
This role is responsible for driving execution from design through to build and delivery, working closely with procurement and external partners, while retaining full ownership of project oues.

Details:
  • Location – London
  • Hybrid – 3 days / week in the office
  • Duration – Initially until year-end – extensions likely
  • Rate - £600 - £675 / day Inside IR35 via Umbrella

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre build projects (infrastructure, cages, fit-out)
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
