Astral, a leading South African integrated poultry producer, has 2 Quality Controller opportunities within County Fair, Epping.
The purpose of the Quality Controller , is to ensure that the product quality, is in line with food safety standards and systems, at all times.
Education:
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent;
- Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous.
Experience:
- Sound Knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP requirements and relevant guidelines and Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of statistical process control
Other requirements:
- Ability to speak English and a second official language;
- Must be able to communicate at all levels;
- Must be able to work in a high pressured environment;
- Proven PME experience in a manufacturing environment;
