Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
To assist in providing quality services and safe operation of lamproom equipment and tools for health, safety, and productivity in the mining sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical:
- Performs day to day activities in accordance with the prescribed DMR guidelines and as stipulated but not limited to the mine code of practice.
- Provides legal and competent services.
- Provide trusted communication between the lamp room and all relevant stake holders.
- All legal documentation should be completed revised and scrutinized before filing and or distribution occurs.
- Oversee and comply with daily administrative tasks.
- Resolves all customer complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
