Job Description
Requirements:
- A minimum of high-school graduate; a Diploma or Bachelor graduate are a plus points
- Willing to work in a contract-basis for (extendable) one-year service
- WIlling an able to work in on-site client environment, with a shifting working hour (24/3 arrangement)
- Possessing one year of professional experience in managing Palo Alto's Cortex XDR system within operational phase (monitoring, incident ticketing, system maintenance)
- Possessing one year of professional experience in managing other XDR/EDR system, malware analysis, and other cybersecurity defensive tools
Job Description:
- Conduct daily platform monitoring in terms of platform utilization and licensing of XDR components, both for existing and potential system development
- Perform system monitoring of activities occurring within the XDR environment using available tools to identify potential anomalies
