Job Description
1. 负责西餐厅日常运营管理,包括餐前准备、现场服务协调、出品质量监督及收市检查;
2. 统筹安排服务团队排班、培训与绩效反馈,提升服务标准与顾客满意度;
3. 协同厨房部门把控菜品呈现、出品时效与食品安全规范,落实餐饮服务流程标准化;
4. 处理顾客咨询、投诉及特殊需求,及时响应并妥善解决现场运营问题;
5. 执行成本控制措施,定期盘点物料库存,协助编制月度经营分析报告。
1. 大专及以上学历,餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备3年及以上西餐厅一线服务及基层管理经验,有高端餐饮品牌工作经验者优先;
3. 熟悉西餐服务流程、酒水知识及国际餐饮服务礼仪,具备基础英语沟通能力;
4. 具备良好的组织协调能力、服务意识与抗压能力,能适应轮班及节假日工作安排;
5. 遵守国家劳动法律法规,无违法违纪记录,认同企业价值观与服务理念。
