Job Description
1. 负责西厨房热菜区域的日常生产管理,统筹安排菜品制作流程,确保出品质量、口味及摆盘符合标准;
2. 指导并监督厨师团队执行标准化操作规范,落实食品安全与卫生管理制度;
3. 参与菜单研发与成本控制,协助制定食材采购计划及库存管理方案;
4. 配合餐饮部完成各类宴会、接待及特殊活动的热菜出品保障工作;
5. 执行岗位安全操作规程,及时排查并报告厨房运行中的安全隐患。
1. 具备2年及以上星级酒店或高端餐饮企业西厨热菜岗位工作经验,有领班或带教经验者优先;
2. 持有国家认可的烹饪相关专业大专及以上学历证书;
3. 熟练掌握西式热菜制作工艺、常用酱汁调制及食材特性,具备独立出品能力;
4. 持有有效健康证明,熟悉《食品安全法》及相关操作规范;
5. 具备良好的团队协作意识、沟通协调能力及抗压能力,能适应轮班工作制。
