Job Description

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for testing, Customer service, quoting, billing, and following up on sample break down such as jewelry and toys; 负责饰品及玩具等杂货产品的测试咨询、报价、开单及跟进相关工作；

2. Provide technical support for products such as jewelry and toys; 提供饰品及玩具等杂货产品的技术支持；

3. Answer customer inquiries and questions, and provide high-quality services to customers;解答客户咨询及疑问，为客户提供优质服务；

4. Complete other related tasks of the project team.完成项目组的其他相关工作；

Job Requirements:

  • ■College degree or above; 大专及以上学历
  • ■At least 3 years of customer service related work experience in jewelry and toys;至少3年以上饰品及玩具的客服相关工作经验；
  • ■Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit; 责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神
  • ■English proficiency level 4 or above, proficient in operating office software.英语四级以上，能熟练操作办公软件。
