Job Description
Responsibilities
- In charge of store operation management, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and store display, to ensure operational efficiency and service quality, and provide customers with satisfactory service experiences.
- Responsible for the store P&L, monitoring and analyzing operational data, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operating goals.
- Manage and train the store operation team, formulate and implement training plans to improve the overall quality and service level of the team.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of store management experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry would be preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing.
