This role is responsible for supporting the execution of email and sms communication strategies, including production, testing, and reporting - ultimately supporting the delivery of dusk Australia’s business strategy.

- Manage day-to-day email and sms communication production and execution via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- Produce and manage creative briefing aligned with strategy objective and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and alignment across campaigns.
- Partner with the Creative team to manage content and asset availability.
