For our location in Coega Gqeberha , South Africa, we have an immediate opening for a Yard Controller . Reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor . The successful candidate is a problem‑solver who will work closely with the Logistics Team to further improve the business.
Preference will be given to employees from the Designated Groups
Tasks
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Drive continuous improvement targets in line with key performance indicators.
- Manage 5S of the yard.
- Ensure that the packaging is correctly moved to its location.
- Represent the organization in the community and promote the organization's goodwill and interest in community activity.
