Job Description
We're looking for a Yard Marshall to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our yard operates safely, efficiently and in full compliance with health and safety regulations. Working as part of the site team at Sharpsmart, you'll coordinate vehicle movements, manage access, and maintain a safe environment for our drivers, third-party operators and staff.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. From banksman duties and gate checks to organizing vehicle queuing and managing third-party driver communications, you'll be central to keeping our yard running smoothly and safely. You'll play a vital part in delivering the high safety standards that define our medical waste management service to customers across the healthcare sector.
