YARD SUPERVISOR – Immediate Start
Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 Location: Gauteng
A busy industrial yard is seeking a hands?on, technically strong Yard Supervisor with experience in production environments using guillotines, bandsaws, and similar cutting equipment . You will manage 5–10 staff, enforce discipline, and ensure safe, efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily yard operations (loading, offloading, sorting, cutting).
- Enforce discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
- Conduct toolbox talks and allocate tasks clearly.
- Plan ahead to avoid bottlenecks and ensure equipment/material readiness.
- Maintain strict safety and PPE compliance.
- Complete basic admin (job cards, checklists, reporting).
