Yardperson / Forklift Operator

�� Emerald, QLD
�� Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm (some flexibility)

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yardperson / Forklift Operator to join a busy and dynamic yard operation based in Emerald. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating machinery, and being part of a practical, team-oriented environment.

The Role

Your duties will include:

Plant & Equipment Operation

  • Operating a forklift to load and move cardboard and recyclable materials safely

  • Operating an 8-tonne excavator to load waste into designated bins

  • Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting faults
