Role Summary
The Business Analyst will support business use cases ensuring that requirements, rules, data definitions, transformation logic, downstream consumption needs, and validation expectations are clearly documented and aligned with the signed-off scope.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with business users, data owners, source system SMEs, downstream consumers, and technical teams.
- Capture business scenarios, scope, KPIs, rules, existing constraints, downstream usage, and expected outcomes.
- Support preparation and refinement of BRDs.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for FRS and LLD development.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, and assumptions in business requirements.
