Job Description
1.专业知识：熟悉酒店行业财会专业知识，企业会计制度、税收政策法规、财政政策等相关业务知识；熟悉管理方财务运作，酒店会计指南；了解管理合同。
2.能力与技能：较强的沟通协调能力、组织能力、文字表达能力和抗压能力，对工作认真、细致、负责；熟悉使用财务软件和EXCEL、WORD等信息技术工具；关注与管理方协同的重要性。
3.熟练使用POWER BI等AI技能优先。
4.完成酒店业主业务日常财务核算相关工作，对报表、预算、资金等方面进行管理，协助财务经理/部门总监完成会计核算及监督。
5.负责月度/年度结账、报表、预决算编制工作，提供准确的财务报表。
6.负责编制公司经营管理分析，月度、季度、年度经营汇报、PPT等；负责费用管控情况表，分析变动原因。
1.财经或财经类相关专业本科以上；助理会计师及以上职称、有税务师、注册会计师、ACCA证书优先。
2.3年财务工作或相关岗位工作经验及以上
