What the role is:

The Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) provides services for the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders and the protection of children and families. We are passionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of these children, youths and families and are looking for like-minded individuals who share the same passion as us to join our dynamic and life-changing team. As part of the RPG family, the Youth Homes (YH) is responsible for the rehabilitation, protection and reintegration of youths placed in secure care at the Singapore Girls’ Homes (SGH).

As a Youth Guidance Officer, you will take at-risk youths from challenging backgrounds through structured daily routines, coach and develop them to acquire personal mastery in the areas of positive values, attitude and habit formation.
