The role:
An opportunity to work within the Youth Health Service (an early intervention service) as part of a multi-disciplinary team assessing and planning care for
clinical issues such as sexual & mental health, risk-taking behaviours as well as some areas of physical health. In addition, you will offer support around non-clinical issues such as housing, financial inclusion and training and employment.
