Job Title: Youth Leader
Salary: From £28,000- £30,000 p/a depending on qualifications and experience
Hours: hours per week (which includes some evening and weekend working)
Location: St Peter's Church, South Shore, Blackpool, FY1 6DJ
Background
St Peter’s Church is based in the South Shore area of Blackpool. Our work across the community continues to expand and we have a good core team of volunteers. There is much joy in serving our community. However, our parish is the most deprived in the Church of England, and we face the challenges this creates.
Our Youth Club began in 2022, when we became aware of a handful of young people in the church locality who were at a loose end. We have built strong connections with young people and now have 30 who attend our club on Friday evenings. This gives us wider credibility across South Shore and scope to build on this founda...
