Support youth empowerment at the YMCA Kickstand as a Youth Program Coordinator in Edmonton, AB. This position focuses on creating impactful opportunities for young people aged 11-25 and their families.
As the Youth Program Coordinator, you will oversee programming alongside the Operations Manager, ensuring that all initiatives align with YMCA values of respect and inclusivity. Your leadership will help youth flourish by fostering a spirit of community and wellness through engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee programming staff and coach team members
• Implement activities and outreach initiatives for youth
• Role model YMCA values and promote healthy habits
• Maintain daily operations of Kickstand programs
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance youth services
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in social work or human services
• Minimum of 2 years in a coordination position
• Experience in outreach, case management, or programming
