Job Description
The Services required shall include:
- To manage the Tree House / Student Services Hub during stipulated hours ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for students.
- To connect with identified students by the Student Development Team on a regular basis over a prolonged duration, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the students.
- To provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours if students are unable to integrate back to class or catch up due to absences or suspension.
- To plan and conduct intervention programmes customised to students’ needs and aligned to the school’s efforts in character development after school, which include but not limited to:
- Academic support programme
- Mentoring programme
- Engagement programme
