Woodgrove Secondary School
under the Ministry of Education's UPLIFT initiative,
You will mentor at-risk adolescents to build resilience and school connectedness. Working Hours & Schedule Daily Hours
:
12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
(Monday to Friday) Shift Type
: Half-day / After-school structured sessions. Rest Days
:
Weekends off
(No service required on Saturdays and Sundays). Public Holidays
:
Off
on all gazetted public holidays. Key Responsibilities Facilitate UPLIFT programs
: Run after-school engagement and reflection sessions. Provide guidance
: Build positive mentoring relationships through regular interactions. Conduct small-group interventions
: Run pull-out sessions for selected students. Collaborate closely
: Partner with Year Heads, School Counsellors, and teachers. Track progress
